I'm having trouble viewing Tracy Anderson Method DVD(s)

I've been reviewing (and practicing) my Metamorphosis by Tracy Omnicentric dvds. The Transform 2 DVD is not playable. There are little craterish pits on the dvd, and when it is played, it pixellates and freezes.

I've been online at Tracy's forum, and there are several people who are having this problem.

I know QVC will replace the collection, but meanwhile, I'll lose out on workout days. Then, what is the guarantee that the next shipment will not contain the same defective disk. . . I'm hoping that Tracy's company will replace just the defective dvd(s) -- so far just the one has been giving me trouble.

I've emailed the suggested contact at her forum, and am waiting for a response.

Just wondered if anyone who ordered this has viewed all the disks yet and discovered any playback issues.
