I miss eating cheese!! The yeast is supposed to taste like cheese but is a heck of a lot healthier for you. I'm thinking it's kind of like grated Parmesan in texture and a little bit like it in taste. I've never even tried it and it's going to be an adventure. Anyone else try it yet?

Nope. Not that I've heard..and I read a.l.o.t. about plant-based nutrition. All my plant-based doctors use it. It's a good source of B-12. Your urine might be a faint neon color...but just think of it as a 'party in the bowl'. Ha

What type diet are you on or are you just trying to ditch some calories? I noticed this is very low carb and looks like it'd be good for you.

I'm not on any diet. But if I had to put a label on the type of food I eat...I would say I eat a many foods of the Okinawan and Mediterranean diets. I'm not overweight. I just want to eat healthy.
