I have a standing desk - Summer Sandals are killing me - Ideas?

I know I can switch into tennis shoes or something but I prefer not to have to switch my shoes all day as I am in / out of my cube, meeting and such.

Any sandals that are cute enough for summer time and capri's that would be comfortable to stand in as well?

Could you put a mat to stand on in your cube.

Alegria are incredibly comfortable IMHO.... I have several pair and have been able to wear them all day from the day I bought them.

have you tried aerosoles, they are very comfortable, please visit their site as Q does not have all their shoes, they sell a wide variety in flats, and heeled shoes.  I swear by them.  I do go UP half a size as I am a size 11 1/2 so I order 12.

I do have a nice mat but no support in my sandals are just killing my feet, I walk a lot and workout 6 days a week so I'm no stranger to standing but this is my first summer with a standing desk and so far sandals are just not gonna cut it

Dansko makes shoes designed to stand in for many hours. Also Allegria ...

Alegria originally made only shoes for the medical profession and the service industry.   The story is that those who purchased these shoes for work made many requests to have stylish shoes for their after work life.  This was done.

I have several pair and I find them true to size and very comfortable.  I am now retired so I seldom stand for long periods.  I do take long walks minimum of 3 days per week on paved walks and malls in bad weather.. I have knee, etc problems from an accident so I need shoes with good support.  These shoes are my favorite.  I also have Dansko.
