Hypothyroid & Red Neck - Decollete

Does anyone else that takes thyroid medication have a red neck & decollete area? Mine always looks like I have a sunburn around my neck & down my decollete area. It has been like that since I started taking medication years ago. I have taken levothyroxine, levoxyl, Armour & have been taking Erfa Thyroid from Canada for a couple of years or so. Switched to it back when there were shortages of Armour. I did not like their reformulated product.
