Hydrogen Water - Anyone Drinking It?

If you've jumped on the hydrogen water bandwagon, I'd like to hear about your experience.  I'm also thinking about buying a hydrogenating pitcher, in case anyone has a recommendation.   I'd prefer a pitcher over a bottle, as long as the ppb concentration is good.

Thanks 😊

Re: Hydrogen Water - Anyone Drinking It?

I'm thinking about it. Just talked to a friend that is following Dr. Brecka and he recommends it. She is using the tabs and has been for several weeks. She is doing the grounding/looking at the sunrise and not cold plunge but cold showers. She is also making dietary changes. She's feeling good overall.

I like the concept of hydrogen water, not sure i want to buy a machine just yet. Looking at the tabs.  Curious what your thoughts are.

@10sluvr I've been watching Gary Brecka too.  I haven't jumped in all the way, but we are sleeping with a grounding sheet on our bed and is has helped some.  The closest I get to cold anything is the quick cold shot after I rinse my conditoner out.  I've done some of his breathing upon waking but I forget more than I remember.  When it warms up I'll try some earthing. There seems to be many benefits to consuming hydrogen water without any downside - lots written about it.  Protecting my brain is a big concern of mine,  so between diet, supplements, and lifestyle I do address it.  I'm sure I can do more.  Hydrogen water would be one more soldier in the army.

Re: Hydrogen Water - Anyone Drinking It?

I started grounding years ago, even bought a silver fitted sheet, but then we stopped. I do have a grounding mat under my desk and when the weather is warmer I will probably start walking barefoot in the yard each morning again. I'm interested in Hydrogen water because of the positive effect on kidneys and inflammation.

@10sluvr I couldn't find a pitcher I was happy with.  My specifications are at least 2000 ppb, but prefer more, and made with a glass.  I couldn't find anything that suited me so I ended up ordering a couple of rechargeable bottles, too - 4000 ppb in a 3 minute cycle and glass.  They'll be here tomorrow.  Maybe somewhere down the road we'll decide to invest in a bigger pitcher from a brand name but for now we'll start here.

Re: Hydrogen Water - Anyone Drinking It?

JLF- mine just came, a few minutes ago, so haven't unpacked yet. It's glass, 14.2 oz, 2200 ppb in 3mins. It got good verified reviews, which many didn't. I'm excited to try it. I'll work on the breathing and grounding(when it stops snowing!). Your purchase sound very good. Good luck to both of us!
