Ready made, pre-cooked foods and meals - I think this is why it's dangerous to buy such items. You never know really the conditions of who is making and touching the products, where they're doing it and how. Yes you can read the label to see what ingredients are used but you still really don't know.
I also realize these are easy meals for those who do not or cannot cook. Unless you buy from a reputable store, I think it may be best to leave the goods on the shelf.

@Mindy D Actually the report said one person complained that it "appeared" undercooked. The report goes on to say no one has reported getting ill from any packages. So who knows.
