Avoid simple carbs (sugar & processed foods) and eat more whole foods like fresh vegetables & fruit. I eat organic produce, grass fed beef, pastured chicken, wild caught fish. Avoid factory farmed meat which are filled with a lot of chemicals and antibiotics.
I also take vitamin D3, Vitamin K and magnesium. Get some natural sunshine over the winter.

I eat manuka honey,don’t eat in restaurants,wash my hands before eating and always before touching anything when I have been out.

I just bought a shiitake mushroom supplement because it appears to be a popular choice here as well as for others who know about the power of mushrooms. I'll just add to my morning coffee and be done with it for the day....easy peasy.
