I used to work with a woman from England who told us she only bathed once a week and that Americans were clean freaks 🛀

I shower once to twice a day since we're keeping score 😂

@Trailrun23 I shower every day that ends in "Y". Some days depending on my activity level, I may shower two times a day. Cleanliness is next to GODLINESS applies. :

A warm shower gets me going each morning. Brushing my teeth, taking my meds, getting in the shower and washing my hair is how my day has begun for over 70 years. I've also followed that shower with a body lotion and a facial cream to keep my skin hydrated and smooth. Not going to change.

And if I've golfed, played tennis and/or worked in my yard, I usually take a quick shower during the day before putting on another set of clean clothes.

There's more! I even enjoy a warm soak in the whirlpool bathtub before bed with a good book and a cool drink (in the summer) or a warm cuppa something in the winter! The relaxation is wonderful; just keep adding more hot water. Towel off, use the body lotion, facial cream, meds, and brush teeth before sliding into clean sheets. Perfect receipe for sleep.

ETA: Added benefit: A lot of stuff sold on QVC is never needed with proper grooming. (Example: My feet have never had "snow" as shown recently on a TSV. That was one of the grossest presentations ever! If that host had showered or bathed daily, she would not have had that problem with her feet. She's often mentioned she doesn't shower regularly. I thought it was part of her "silly get-up character". Her hygiene is severely lacking.)

Never - I don't like showers .... prefer to relax in a tub of hot water!

Bubble Bath and shampoo .... every morning.

At least once a day. Can't imagine not showering daily! When I couldn't shower for a few weeks because I broke a bunch of bones in one arm and was in an immobolizer. I got the bathing washcloths and cleaned myself several times a day with one hand and still felt dirty! I work out daily and walk my dog for 2 or 3 miles a day. Need a shower after that and sometimes one at night before bed. Even if I just sat in one place and did nothing, I would still feel gucky without daily showering!

I shower every day. My skin tends to be very dry. At one point, it was itchy and flaky. My dermatologis told, long hit showers were the cause. He told me to take short, warm showers, every 2 or 3 days. I must have gave him a funny look...lol. He said on my non shower days, I should stand on towel at the bathroom sink and wipe down my arms legs etc and just soapy water on my nether regions. It worked. Eventually I did go back to daily showering, quickly with a mild shower gel and warm water.
