I ordered my first pair of progressives on 10/3 with a delivery date of 10/9. The sales girl did mention that they had a system issue and it might be 2-3 days more.
Okay.
On 10/18, I realized I still had no glasses. Called Lenscrafters and was told they would hopefully be in that day's shipment and they would call me when they were in.
It is now another week later and 22 days after my order. I have never waited on glasses this long but I've always gotten regular glasses never specialized.
Is this normal for progressives or am I good with my plan to drive over there today and possibly end up needing bail money if they don't refund my money on the spot?

I am having the same problem. My local eye doctor has switched labs, probably because they are cheaper (doesn't seem to reflect the price of my glasses), and it is taking up to two weeks to get my glasses. For me, unfortunately, this new lab did not put the prescription in the entire lens, so they had to go back. Very frustrating,

That's why I started using Costco. I wait 5 to 7 days. No messing around and so much cheaper. They have a nice selection of frames, some their own brand, some designer.

It has never taken over a week for me to get my progressive lenses. That's ridiculous.

I thinkt he last time I got glasses I waited a week, give or take, for them.

I have been ordering my glasses on line from 39 dollar glasses for a long time. My last pair took a little longer, it took 7 business days to process and 3 arrive at my doo, since this is a syle and script I have used before it was easy to order

I get my glasses from my eye doctor and they take a about 2 weeks...If I use the frames again and these are my reading glasses I am out of luck... So what I did was buy some cheaters that will work for the time being. Not the best but it works...

My progressives usually take about two weeks. I get mine from a local high end eyeglass store and they send them out.

My progressives take 7-10 business days.

I just got a new pair. I ordered them on a Monday and they were in on Friday. 22 days seems a bit ridiculous.
