I have a Samsung Note 3 and while I love the phone, I need to figure out how to take it with me walking in clothes with no pockets. Jeans are too hot to wear.
I have seen the arm bands. This is a big phone and I think the arm band would really bother me. I would also want an arm band that would fit the phone that is already in a case. I wouldn't want to remove my case everytime since the case is hard to remove. Any suggestions if I go that route? I have a trident case on it which I think is as big as the Otterbox.
I think the ideal thing would be a nylon bag on a strap. I can't find one that is the right size that would fit the phone without being too big.
Or even a flat fannie pack type bag that would go around my waist? I don't want those old fashioned ones that stick out a lot though.
What do you suggest?
Thanks!

Would a cross body bag work? Vera Bradley, perhaps?

I have the Galaxy S5, which isn't quite as big as the Note 3, but is still a large phone and like you said, even bigger with the case. I have a small nylon crossbody that I use either cross body or around my waist. I got it at Ross, TJMaxx, forget which, but it's not a name brand, not fancy and wasn't expensive. Either of those stores have lots of small cross body bags that fit our phones and if you get one with an adjustable, removable strap you can wear it whichever way works best for what you're doing. Overnight I saw a cute small crossbody, large wallet by Vera Bradley if you like the prints.

This issue is why I will not buy anymore pants without pockets. I need a place for my phone and keys at the very least. My suggestion would be a small crossbody purse, a wristlet, or a small backpack.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that! I was also looking at the mini hipster. I'm trying to figure out what would be best.
Thanks for the reminder.

It really depends on your lifestyle. You could try a small lightweight cross body bag....big enough for the phone but small enough so it doesn't get in the way.
I have a Samsung Galaxy which is too big and uncomfortable for a pocket so I just carry it around the house when I remember...however when I go out all of my handbags have outside pockets large enough for my phone.
Another idea is to check Etsy dot com. Lots of sellers there make custom cases for iPhones, tablets & Ereaders. I'm sure you could find someone to make a case (soft or hard) with an adjustable strap just for your phone's dimensions.

Maybe I should check the stores before ordering anything. Thanks!

Hipzbags.com might have something that would work for you. I think most can be worn around the waist or crossbody. Amazon also has flat waist bags.

I apologize in advance because I know that my answer will not be helpful, but when I go out for a walk or a run, I leave my phone at home. I don't want the distraction.
