How about some hints to avoid colds and flu this season?

I'm not a germophobe, but I have a friend who is (pharmacist). She is slowly teaching me ways to be a bit more careful. One thing she does is carry tiny alcohol wipes in foil wrappers and uses them to clean her hands before eating out if a restroom is not convenient.

Care to add an idea?
