Just one, B12.

If one eats correctly, you don't need all the pills/potions.
All those vitamin pills are really hard on your body.

Is there a "plant based" source of B12 available for your diet?  Then you would not have to take a supplement.

Someday, when scientists discover the center of the Universe....some people will be disappointed it is not them.

Why yes...yes there is!

Scientists just discovered a source....water lentils!

Research still being conducted.

Funny you should mention...just came down the wire recently.

Then why are you not incorporating those in your diet rather than supplement.  After all you are always saying a good diet is all you need.

And yes, if one eats correctly, you don't need all the pills.

Thanks, tho, for asking💚🌿

Which means a plant based diet alone is not enough.  You NEED supplements,

Got it.

Nope.
Singular. Supplement. Which the diet doesn't offer.
Thanks for allowing me to engage how important diet is.

And it's a diet where I don't have to kill a living being to get the vitamin,

which the animal is supplemented, as well.

Low Fat, Whole Food, Plant Based diet for optimum gut health!

You have to take a supplement because you cannot get an important nutrient from your diet alone.

Your diet is lacking something very important to good health.

Got it, that is good for you.   Others may choose other options, good for them.

Isn't the nutritional yeast fortified with Vitamin B12?   I don't think any plant can have Vitamin B12 naturally...unless you ate a bug that was on it.

I take a senior daily multivitamin, biotin (for hair and nails), and Vit D.
