Hookah bars anyone??

My 18 yo old son was introduced to one of these bars by his girlfriend. Lucky me! He says its harmless but I googled it and found it was worse then smoking! If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate your advice. I am into organic food and holistic meds. This breaks my heart..I abhore smoking..its taken 3 family members, another is in ill health, all from cigarettes. Tia!
