We can finally test for flu at home and can also rule out COVID at the same time. The FDA has just approved the first test to be able to do this. The test is called Lucira and it is highly accurate for both illnesses.

Just got 8 tests in the mail today...says "rapid antigen at home test for Covid 19". I didn't order these and the envelope was addressed to me....are these from the gov't? I didn't ask for these. They don't say anything about the flu.

Since I've gotten the flu shot for as long as it's been available and haven't had so much as a cold in 40 years, I won't be getting them. But it's fine for those who want them.
