Hip Replacement Info Needed

Hi all. I have finally decided to go for it and get a hip replacement. I would really appreciate any information you could give me. I saw the doctor yesterday and was not impressed with him for some reason. I don't even know where to begin and what questions to ask. This is an important decision and I want to make the right one. This topic may have been discussed already, but any information would really really help. Thanks.
