High liver enzymes

I have never had high liver enzymes. My blood panel came back elevated. My medications have stayed the same for years. What else causes them to be high? could anything I use topically like Latisse or Vaniqua effect them?? Of course, I was using those last year when it was done, too. Thanks. I go back for repeat in 6weeks and want it to be lower so no liver biopsy.
