Yes, my opinion of food has made a drastic change over this past year. Learning how your body's organs work together to break down food and it's reactions to GMO's and processed foods, sugar, oils, etc. has been an eye opener.
I find that a lot of food things .... especially desserts ... my favorite thing to make and eat ... sort of turn my stomach, now that I know what goes on internally. Also the rich casserole type things I used to make are a big ... eww.
DH is slowly making the change with me. He said he is the healthiest eater in the break room at work. I pack his breakfast and lunch.
I eat mostly plant based ( raw or barely cooked ) and organic when available. Only oils,, coconut oil, evoo, and real butter. Lots of raw nuts and very little meat. She has a few supplements and cookbook for sale but not obligated to buy.
