So I have been running/jogging/walking since January and recently have even started the c25k. I have lost weight and went from a size 12 to a size 6. HOWEVER, I am not totally
happy with what my body looks like now. I need more muscle tone. So my question is, what exercises can I do at home to acheive this? Are there classes that give this kind of result? I particularly like working out to dvd's...can someone recommend one that will tone me up?
