Heart just felt weird scared me...

Just all of a sudden. I was just sitting watching tv and it started feeling weird. Not sure how to describe it. Kind of like it was beating hard (not fast really) and kind of moving around or something. Really hard to explain. Only lasted a couple of seconds. I am 36 and in decent health. I don't smoke and not overweight. Does this sound like anything I should be immediately concerned with. I do have anxiety issues. ETA: in decent health except for an autoimmune condition. A form of vasculitis.
