I love, love, love Whataburger onion rings. So the first night with an order I eat the two smallest and put the remaining in the freezer and eat slowly for several nights to come. Nothing like an onion ring with the last bite of my salad @jubilant

Someone the other day, told me to try the 30 day Bacon diet / challenge.
Are you kidding me?!
Eat a lb of bacon every day for 1 month.
Now that's a crazy, fad diet.
Not even tempted.

’Healthy Eating’ is not good is just....ludicrous & ridiculous.
More people die from unhealthy eating so...there’s that.

They certainly do, people that tell diabetics 300 count blood sugars are fine, will ruin their health, or posible kill them

? Doesn’t make sense.
What people don’t know about Diabetes is a lot.
In fact, eating healthy/the correct way can reverse T2D.
Paying more attention to their nutrition can reverse their illnesses.
Why wouldn’t someone want that? Maintaining a preventable
illness sounds like an addiction.

Harping continuously on an unproven (and allegedly universal) prescription for a so-called "healthy diet" can become an addiction, too.
The internet gives these addicts an easy, convenient forum for their obsessive monologues.
And best of all, these folks get to remain anonymous, don't have to post any reputable credentials---much less earn any-- and can walk away feeling lilke they did the world a favor by imparting their "wisdom".

I totally agree.
All the low carb - Keto - Paleo - primal eating have zero
unproven conclusions for long-term health.
But yet, go to a bookstore for low-carb books...it’s there.
TV advertising? It’s there. Turn on QVC...it’s there.
It’s so socially acceptable, it’s deemed safe when it’s not.

Again...you have no idea what you’re talking about because this
information is for the SAD diet the majority of people eat.
For those wanting to maintain their T2D condition,
maintain those high numbers can be dangerous.
The key is change of diet to lower BS and reduce or
eliminate insulin on a permanent basis.
Healthy eating is not an addiction.
Healthy eating reverses illnesses.
Maintaining a preventable condition, by choice, is an addiction.

See your Dr if you are diabetic ,and ask him or her, if a 300 point blood sugar level is safe?
I am not on anyone's payroll, I am not a shill, and I have kept my A1C normal, for as long as I have been a diabetic
