Head concussion any one?

I hit my head really bad, went to ER had CT scan was negative. It has been 9 days and I am still dizzy, nausau and really bad head pain. Using ice packs and Tylenol but still no improvement. Has anyone experienced this, and could you tell me how long yours lasted?
