My endocrinologist wants me to try the new diabetic drug Invokana. Has anyone tried it and what were your results?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come here for advice on something this important. Your endocrinologist is so much better informed. Not to mention all the absolutely incorrect information given on this BB every day. You should ask any questions and voice any concerns with your doctor.

I am NOT asking for any advice about Invokana. My endocrinologist has answered all my questions and told me of all the side effects. I simply want to know if it helped anyone lower their blood sugar and helped with weight loss as tauted. I would like to hear about individual experiences.

Try facebook. They may have a forum on it. They have one on Victoza and it is quite helpful.
