Has anyone tried "juice" as a diet or partial daily intake to lose weight?

Everyone seems to be talking about "juice"...Help!

Is "juice" just for particular health problems or is there a "Juice Diet"?

I don't want to drink my meals EVERY DAY, but I would consider eliminating some of the "poor choice" foods and drinking juice instead.

I have a 5 easy pay to purchase a juicer or Ninja...but only if I can supplement juice.

I have 50 pounds to lose and I'm actually getting excited and ready to start.

Any help u can provide is GREATLY appreciated!!!
