I used to take a joint compound  that had boswellia, MSM, condriotin, glucosamine and maybe some turmeric. It did very well for me--I think the boswellia and MSM really made the difference. Had a brand from Dr Emil that was very  good but it's not made anymore-----

DH and I both tried it for different reasons, and worthless.

 

Supposedly, it was the good kind too.  So no for us. Cat Sad
