I tried Ayds when I was 11 or 12. I gobbled them up like any other candy! lol

My theory about things like that.........if it worked that good they would either not be able to keep it on the shelves or it would be so expensive no one would be able to afford it. 

 

I do subscribe to the idea of watching your calories and moving more.
