After debating a long time and reading lots of reviews, I finally went out and purchased Dr. Scholl's custom-fit orthotics yesterday. (There is a $10 rebate.) I used the machine at Wal-Mart to determine my fit. I came up as a 410 (low arches with high pressure).
Uh...I resent that "high pressure" part. Is that a nice way to say I am overweight? (I can just hear the hosts now, "This pant would be perfect for all you 'high pressure' gals!")
Anyway, I went out walking after I got my new orthotics. They really supported my arches great. It felt good. Usually after walking too long, I get a lower back ache, which goes up my spine, neck, and then a headache. Didn't happen yesterday.
I am just wondering if anyone else has purchased these and how long they last? Thanks!
