Hair after chemo

Just wondering how your hair came back after chemo. I finished chemo in June 2011, my hair came back in white. I had colored it for years, it was blonde and straight. It came back in white and curly at first. The curl is leaving but it is just frizz on the sides. It has been cut about 4 times and I got it chopped off again tonight, but the sides are still frizzy. Will it eventually feel like normal hair. If it was different colors, I'd look like Bozo with all this frizz.
