Love the pina colada and vanilla. Mix it with a combo of juice and yogurt, bananas, frozen berries, ice and it makes an awesome smoothy. (Of course, it always helps it you have a Vitamix). I think it's the best meal substitute out there. I've been using Andrew's vitamins for over 10 years and worth every penny.

Soy and artificial sweeteners are NOT my friend. I also have Hashimotos. I agree not enough protein if used for meal replacement. If you are using for a snack maybe ok but I prefer to eat (chew) my intake- much more satisfying for me.

It's a good product, but I never finished the last order. I still have some chocolate that I use in my coffee sometimes. I prefer to stick with the prepared drinks. Not a breakfast eater, so I've been drinking shakes for many years.

I couldn't even read the ingredients on HSN so I went to Andrew's website.

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.

The sad thing is these shakes end up being appetizers for me. All they do is wake up my appetite, not satiate it.

I plan on doubling it up and making a 2 scoop shake when I eat it. I think that will be perfect for a true meal replacement

I tried them...they were TERRIBLE.

Would never recommend them to anyone.

I did order the 3 pack in chocolate. Have never used this, but have been using his Whey Protein for about a year now and use it in smoothies. The whey is more expensive, has fewer calories, but no flavor.

Plan to drink the chocolate one by itself.
