Surgery went well Monday,happy to say, PT and OT started Tuesday morning and home Tuesday afternoon. A lot of swelling in my knee (to be expected) starting home PT tomorrow. Thanks for all of your prayers and best wishes. I have an awesome home care team(son, daughter, great man) gotta get it together so I will be ready for my first cruise to mexico  in May.

Good  for you!  I'm happy to hear that things went well for you.  The first week is the hardest, after that it gets better and better.  You definitely will be ready for that cruise in May.

Good Luck!!!  It sounds like you have a great support system.

By May you won't even remember you had the surgery.  You'll enjoy Mexico so much more now.

I knew I was healed the day I was sitting at work, crossed my legs and looked down and thought "darn, I have a run in my nylons".....nope, it was my scar.  Didn't even remember I had it.  You'll get there too.
