Earthing is a true revitalization for those of us with Auto Immune Disease.

For me, going barefoot while at home has been a noticable improvement.

I am purchasing a grounding mat.

I have RA and along with a strict diet I have seen the loss of inflammation and pain.

I have energy and very little pain.

DH and I have both been seeing a lot about grounding.  I have had neuropathy in my feet and baby fingers on both hands for years.  I also have a back pain that won't go away and inconsistent sleep patterns.  We decided to try a grounding sheet and mat.  They arrived the other day.  Today we put fresh linens on the bed and put the grounding sheet on.  It fits like the contour/bottom sheet on the whole bed, not just a strip of material.

I told DH I was going to take a nap and try it out.  I went up at 2:30PM and slept hard.  He woke me at 5:00PM!  Believe it or not, my back pain was lessened.  Not gone, but noticeable improvement.  I'm anxious to see what happens tonight.  Tomorrow I'll start with the mat.

Hi @10sluvr   I did buy a grounding mat recently and and am using it a few nights a week while reading or watching tv.  I got the smaller size, ordered from Amazon.

I bought it primarily to ease pain of neurothapy in my feet.  I have mentioned it to my PC doctor.  He has an assistant poke my feet, they decide that yes I do have that condition and never mention it again.  I do plan to swich doctors next week.

I have experienced relief from the painful tingling and fireworks my nerves fire off maybe 4 days and nights per week.  I was asked by a different medical person if I had ever heard of the mats because she said I might receive stress relief and full mind and body comfort.  And I do.

(Do not know how I messed up the font size.)

I had forgotten all about this but a dozen+ years ago a client of mine told me about grounding, he sent me a set of grounding sheets that we plugged in and in the warm weather I walked in the backyard in my barefeet for 15 minutes each morning and again in the evening when there was dew on the grass.  I really don't remember if it helped me or not but I kept it up for over a year so it must have done so. I just ordered another mat for the bed and 2 for under out desks . . .   Between my RA and my hubby's leg pain I figure the $$$ are worth the try.

Please give an update, @JeanLouiseFinch , after a few weeks.  This is something I may want to look into.  I have leg aches and cramps at night.  While homeopathic tablets and ibuprophen help, I would like to eliminate the ibuprophen.

I have been using Hypericum for the finger and foot tingling.  This is helping that quite a bit.

TIA
