Oh yes, @LilacTree, I'm sure it would be double or more that $1000 now :-(

I have Achilles tendinosis, which is a chronic mini-tearing and scarring of the Achilles tendon. I'm sure I got it from wearing those 'rocker bottom' shoes that were popular with Skechers and Alegria years ago (orthopedists agreed with me, and there have been lawsuits that can be googled). Having that issue in my left foot threw my body so out of mechanical whack when I walked that I developed severe plantar fasciitis in the other foot. I have only been able to get both issues under control with Vionics; I now have a closetful ;-)

I do understand investigating everything that might help an issue.

Ooh, that sounds so painful Moonchilde.  I'm glad to hear you're ok with Vionics now.  I remember when the Q was pushing those rounded soles on shoes.  I always thought I would fall flat on my face if I ever tried to wear them!

@LilacTree@Thank you so much! , It's such an up/down thing as you well know! Been through alot of the "invisible illness" difficulties you talk about...just had to write you that I understand, write anytime ☺ yes, I couldn't believe how that prescription vitamin d3 amount (I had been taking 2,000iu daily)  eased things a bit to give my body a break. Anything that helps, even short-term you will take! I woke up the next day with energy like wow this is what its like to feel normal! Not long term but helps remission process

Glad your daughter on the iv (Meyer cocktail I think called). She probably doesnt absorb and keep levels at the moment. Not to mention the herxheimer reactions (the worst!) she feels even though meds/vitamins working. Herxes plunge you mentally too....I did 3 weeks of that&IVRocephen  antibiotic. Chronic lyme&fibromyalgia is an ongoing battle&my mom was like you are with your daughter- my biggest champion. Just take care of yourself too....stress and autoimmune don't like each other much lol Have a nice Monday💖
