So sorry @I am still oxox for your pain and I hope you can find some relief.
I don't know what your diet is but really cleaning that up and increasing your protein intake can do wonders for your health.
Inflammation from our highly processed foods is responsible for many of our modern day diseases and pains. Maybe not all yours can be helped this way but heck it's worth a try in the meantime anyway.
Youtube has a weaith of information.
I ended my own autoimmune illness (joint pain and terrible skin rashes) with my diet and I feel like a different person.
I wish you well and keep us updated!![]()

I won't offer medical advice, since I'm not a doctor and I know how frustrating it is when well intentioned people mention treatments after you've tried about all of them.
However, I am a self-proclaimed expert on anxiety and I always advise listening to Gina Ryan's "Anxiety Coaches Podcast". She has almost 1000 podcasts and I've found them very helpful in handling my own anxiety. It's free and it defintely can't hurt.
I reached out to you a few months ago through FB messenger after a mutual friend of ours told me you weren't feeling well. At the time you didn't seem to want to communicate, but if you change your mind, the offer still stands.
I hope you find some relief, both physically and emotionally.
ETA: I take back what I said about advice - just one thing. Ask your doctor about magnesium supplements. Magnesium deficiencies can cause muscle cramps and spasms as well as sleeplessness and anxiety. There are so many kinds of magnesium supplements on the market - be sure to ask your doctor what might be recommended for you.

I am very sorry to hear how much distress you are in.
I am also a sufferer of chronic pain that limits my life and I just had to have a chunk taken out of my breast as I flunked my mammogram. It sometimes feels like it is always something and nothing is easy anymore. And then we start to sit around or lay around and we get weaker and more depressed.
I do understand. You've tried so many things. I can't sleep because of the joint pain and now the stitches in the breast pain (the bounce of walking ain't pleasant). I'm feeling like I need to move more but moving more hurts. I am going to walk up and down the stairs one or two times per day from today forward. It hurts my bad knee but I have to do something.
I am also going to suggest finding a good licensed clinical therapist who deals with health issues or chronic pain. To gain coping skills because having a good toolkit of coping skills can minimize our depression. And some people need psychiatric medications. There is no shame in taking care of our brains. This is a brain health issue as well as a body pain issue.
I personally take an amino acid for anxiety and an herb for low mood, and another amino acid for joint pain. My arthritis doctor has me on turmeric but you have to take enough and I wasn't taking enough before.
This book helped me tremendously. "When There Is No Cure" by Svensson.
It is all a mind game and our toolbox of skills to cope can help in this regard as well as medications for the brain. Some medications can cause low mood. I check them on a website called Daily Med by the NIH and you have to read all the fine print. I found insomnia was a side effect of a reflux drug once and my doctor was flabbergasted. I wasn't sleeping. The other choice makes me tired feeling but that is my preference.
Hugs to you, dear person. Joint pain ain't fun. This slow "down hill" feeling slide is not fun either. My joint pains have been worse since a long course of antibiotics for a resistant UTI infection. I finally stopped on the second to last dose. Told my doctor, I can't stand the increased joint pain for 3 days after taking this med.
Oh, and I find what is called Far Infrared Therapy gloves and socks to be fabulous for the joint pain. They make tights and tops, too. I have that also but I forget about them in the summer. Not cheap but oh so helpful.

I just searched for far infrared clothing and found that Kohl's online right now, 10-12-23 has the Cuddle Duds far infrared line on sale, use their coupon online. This brand is the cheapest but isn't as good as the expensive brands. I bought the leggings in one size too large as the last time the medium had this terrible tight waistband and that is not good for my hips. Typically a medium in the Cuddle Duds pant liners fits me great. I wear Land's End cotton leggings a lot when my hips and knees hurt even when it is hot as Hades where I live which is most of the time. Anyway, I hope you can find some tools in your coping toolbox to help. Hugs to you.

@Growing hugs to you. We can never feel the pain of another, but I can relate to many of your comments. I'm happy that you are continuing to research and have found some natural alternatives.
As I read your post, I thought wouldn't it be wonderful to have the camaraderie of a small loving group who are challenged by pain and, as a result, frequently movement becomes limited. A group that encourages physical activity. I'll bet this exists somewhere on the internet where you could check in regarding what you accomplished for you physical activity challenge for the day. Just a thought.
Much peace and joy in your life. 💓

Have you tried CBD? Or weed (if you feel comfortable with that).
I live in CA so it's legal here. Last year an elderly neighbor was having pain issues. I gave her a sample of a topical with CBD and THC and it gave her some relief. Her husband wasn't happy about her using "weed" (just as a topical, not smoking.) So she thanked me and declined my offer to pick it up.
