Eye vitamins including zeaxanthan are not intended to "make you see better" They are neuro-protective meaning that they help the macula stay healthy and this prevents or delays macular degeneration.

Before loading up on costly zeaxanthin supplements and expecting them to perform like a drug ( meaning fast),  you might find some interesting info on eye care research starting here at the National Eye Institute.
