I have a Fitbit Flex. Got it at Christmas. I love it.

It helps keep you motivated to reach your goal each day...mine is set to 10000 steps. You can add activity as well (I spin at home) It also tracks your sleep pattern, I log my water intake there as well. It syncs with MyFitnessPal (free) and I add my food there. But you can add your food log into your fitbit app as well.

I have a desk job so getting to goal is a bit harder some days!

My daughter has one as well. She works in a medical clinic so her arms are always full of files when she walks so she puts it on her ankle. and it works well for her.

I actually forgot mine today and miss it! ha Im not getttin credit for walking today! {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

I charge it about once a week. It is also waterproof but I take mine off when showering or swimming.
