Interesting rebuttal to the Men's Health review of the movie.

You know the one thing I found interesting....as soon as
’What The Heath’ came out, there were a TON of debunking
videos/blogs/opinion pieces.
When the The Game Changers came out, really just one debunking
piece (Men’s Health). Sure there have been a few video rebuttals
but really nothing significant. Wonder why one & not the other? 🤔

Finally got to watch this and I really enjoyed it. I am already plant based and cringe when I hear Keto (for those that are on it... no need to defend, I just do not agree it's all taht great for most the population unless you have a medical condition and are under the care of a doctor, it's not for long term)
Its the longest researched type of eating (not a diet..) that is proven over and over to help pepole stay healthy. I am healthier than anyone in my family and I have been plant based since my early 20s.
Just love watching all the new study's that are coming out, I enjoy watching them

I was hoping you would participate in the conversation!💚
What was the biggest takeaway or most important segment
for you? And what does your family think of this?

@sidsmom HI!!!
Okay, so I had my mom and my step mom watch it and I had them watch What the Health, my mom is on medication due to hardening of the heart, she is a big meat eater and loves everything dairy, even her dr says she needs to cut back, she watched them and says she really need to try to make a change. My step mom has only been eating meat one day a week and is going to stop that soon which I am shocked about, she is 75 and my mom is 72.
I'm not even sure what was my fav. part, the blood after eating the soft taco's with meat vs vegan meat was eye opening and how "clean" the plant based guy's blood was before and after. Also, the embarassing test about the guys and their night time... well you know... those numbers were huge!
I just loved the fact that these were tiny people with no muscle, these were athletes that compete and are thriving!! I workout 6 days a week, lift heavy for 5 of those, I am not over weight and I have tons of muslce mass and tone ever at knocking at 50, I really hope I can maintain through the change of life, will do my best, all I can do but I know that in my opinion I feel best eating plant based and it's not just my body, its my mine, I can see animals and know I did not take part in the pain and suffering they are going through, I know I'm not taking a baby away from it's mother and causing their seperation, I just have to be sound with MY decisions, it may not be for everyone but it's working for me after all these year, blood results don't lie either

Boy, this has been getting lots of exposure!
Joe Rogan is famously known for in-depth & high profile interviews.
Like him; hate him...he brings everything to the table.
And of course, the Game Changer movie is having its time.
Chris Kresser is a huge anti-vegan proponent..so it would be fitting to
pit him against the focus of movie, James Wilks.
Needless to say James did an amazing job supporting the film.
Joe Rogan, who in the past, has been very anti-vegan...is starting to
come around & see the benefits of a plant-based/vegan lifestyle.
And since Joe has 23Million+ followers on social media,
his words about Plant Based Positivity is making an impact.
This interview/debate is on his YouTube channel & it's close
to 4hours long. Just search 'joe rogan' & will will pop up.
Paradigm Shift! 🌿💚
