GOT GOOD NEWS YAY!

Got the results back from my most recent A1c test and it's 5.5!! I am thrilled!

 

As a type 2 diabetic this is GREAT news!

@Puppy Lips Sorry, I edited my post to add that I am a type 2 diabetic and this is a measure of glucose over a certain period of time, to put it in a nutshell.

So happy for you!  I have a strong family history of diabetes, both Type 1 and Type 2.  My sister was recently diagnosed with Type 2.  I strive to eat properly, keep my weight in check  and exercise most days.  It is not always easy...........

The ideal is 7 and many of us have worked long and hard to get to that point! So being at 5.5 is really great and shows that I'm doing all the right things Man Happy

That's fantastic. You deserve to celebrate and feel proud of yourself. I know personally, it's not easy. Congrats.
