@Duckncover , I like the Natrol brand but I found out that I'm not digesting capsules that well so I'm trying to take tablets or soft gels instead when taking supplements.

 

To get my fruits and veggies in a supplement, I've been taking Swanson supplements that come in tablet forms called Veggies4Life and Fruit4life.
