The ads for Wendy's Hot Honey Chicken sandwich had been calling to me, and I got one for lunch knowing it was not a healthy choice. But how bad could it be?

2040 mg. sodium. That's how bad. I ate a salt sandwich.

The sodium level of some restaurant meals are off the charts.  Now that some restaurants show their nutrition info I have been checking them before eating there.

Very little to eat for those of us concerned with sodium levels.

Sometimes we just gotta listen to the little naughty voice, and give in to temptation.  You enjoyed a chicken sandwich that it's not the healthiest, so what ?  We can't go through life denying every single life's guilty pleasures because it's "not good for us".   Just be mindful of what you eat the rest of the day, and tomorrow is a new beginning.  Cheers!

You forgot to include the most important part @PickyPicky3 ...Was the sandwich good?

I'd rate this sandwich at 6-7 on a scale of 1-10. Tasty but on the dry side.

Darn, I hoped it was so good it was worth every bite. I didn't realize how much salt that was until I looked at my fast food favorites...Culvers Cod sandwich & single Butterburger & McDonald's Big Mac, they're all under 1000mg. Still not good but gotta bust loose once in awhile...Thanks for sharing @PickyPicky3.

Drink a lot of water or tea and just have it every 6 months!

Sodium levels are only part of the problem with fast food.  Anyone here know how many calories & carbs ....   and how many grams of fat in this sandwich?

I was expecting the rest of your sentence to be "for I have sinned".

See if that restaurant (for sandwich) has a web site and if they list that info you asked about. Doubt the restaurant knows. @Tinkrbl44
