It seems pretty irresponsible to give medical advice to others, especially such a radical eating pattern. If it works for you fine but don't try to push it on others.

The OP has done it several times before.

To me this is almost a form of advertising that should be against the rules. It could be dangerous for some to follow this diet.

@LuvSoCal wrote:@Susan Louise Please educate me. I thought carbs were a necessary part of one's diet. I understand a low carb lifestyle but it sounds like you are basically no carb. Would you please share what you eat in a day? I know you have said that you feel great since going carnivore.
ETA I will watch the recommended video.
@luvluvluv what worked for @Susan Louise may not work for you.
I don't believe in diets. I lost 20 lbs and kept it off years ago dumping all junk, fast and fried food and red meat. Exercise.
That may not work for you but I don't believe in one size fits all. I eat fibre rich carbs, whole grains, fruits and lots of vegetables.
@ellaphant Yes, that's very true. TBH, I was more curious than anything. Weight is not an issue for me but when someone says that a certain lifestyle cures all ailments then I'm intrigued.

@BirkiLady wrote:Still stunned at the portions (sizes) of meat you eat at one sitting! It's such a heavy meal. Half that amount would put me to sleep. Yet you eat "within a four hour window again." Do you eat the same size portions? My body would probably explode!
My mind and taste buds would revolt.
Do you both work full-time? Are you active in sports or volunteer work or classes at UNL on a daily basis? If not, what do you do with your days and evenings?
@BirkiLady I could not eat like that either. For one thing, I have to be mindful of my cholesterol levels.

The first time we went low carb about 30 years ago my husband's cholesterol shot up and he ended up with kidney stones

This seems to be the normal for this poster, she is very set on her lifestyle. I could not eat that volume in that short of a time period, My gut would react terribly. I try to eat a planned low carb lifestyle 30-30-30-10, 30 carbs per meal and 10 for snack. I lost 80 lbs on WW before Covid and I work every day to keep it off. Your body needs carbs for energy

@BirkiLady I agree with you, everyone can eat what they want to eat but I find her description of her meals revolting...all I saw mentioned was meat and eggs. No fruit or vegetables, maybe I missed that part.

No, you got it right, @CelticCrafter. The OP is in a Carnivore lifestyle now. It's mostly all protein, with some dairy. The meat should be fresh, no processed lunchmeat or sausages. No fruits or vegetables allowed.

Nope no salads or fruit of any kind, I wonder how her digestion is if you get my drift. I would be constipated for weeks lol
