Re: For sufferers of leg cramps

When I started getting leg cramps at night, I read up on it. One suggestion was to take Magnesium Malate (yes, the Malate component is important). I ordered some from Amazon and haven't had a cramp since. I also drink tart cherry juice after reading about it here and doing some more research.
