FlexBike Ultra 30 day subscription

FYI - I have been emailing back and forth with Echelon regarding the 30 day trial on their FlexBike Ultra I bought from the Q.

 

Apparently you only get the trial after you sign up for one their regular plans - and then you will need to cancel the plan before the end of the trial (on Itunes or Google Play).    They really should have told us that during the show.

 

Also it is not clear what happens after the end of the 30 days regarding which classes/rides are accessible.  The show said that 6 classes and 6 rides would still be viewable and they would rotate to keep it Fresh.    Some reps emailed that you had to save the classes to view them later but not sure where you do that.  

 

QVC needs to clear all this up with echelon and the buyers.

Does this company have a website or a social media presence?

I would look at Amazon for reviews etc.
