Hi, I have been using both for over 6 months and lowered my cholesterol by 50 points in 6 months. Now I have added steel cut oats. Flax seeds and oats go in vitamix. Fish oil gummys 3 times a day. Easy and better than meds!

Wow! Some great information here. Obviously, it's not simply a matter of picking up a bottle that says Fish Oil on it and heading towards the door.

I eat oatmeal for breakfast every. single. day. Without that, my cholesterol would probably be even higher. Tried a few different brands of steel cut oats, can't stand them.

I've read that if you have macular degeneration, you should avoid Flax Seed Oil. I take Krill Oil that has no fishy smell. I'm going in, in about a week, for my cholesterol test. Keeping my fingers crossed for good results.
