Watching this presentation on Saturday Morning Q and I thought to myself, Lord if I was to try that thing twisting my knees I would have to have both of my knees replaced again !! ( already had one on my left and 2 replacements on my right knee) Just sayin !

I don't watch Saturday Morning Q as a rule. But I flipped over to check out what was being presented and those gyrations were what I saw. 😲 Could not change the channel fast enough as it was hard to watch. I was embarrassed for them.
Did they sell out? 😄

I know. How embarrassing! I thought it looked extremely gimmicky and like a big waste of money. I don't see it doing anything useful for your fitness and can't imagine anyone wanting to do this on a regular basis. Please don't waste your money on this thing people!

I just looked at the presentation. I didn't listen, the sound was on mute so I don't know what the supposed benefits are. Seems like a person would have to already be fit, slim and limber to even use it.
