Fit-Bit Missing dedicated C.S. phone number

I received my TSV Fit-Bit yesterday and it seems to be a great idea. However, the hosts all stated that there was a dedicated number for just QVC buyers and it would be printed on a small piece of paper---then it was shown. Unfortunately, mine was missing. Do any of you have this number? I would appreciate your help.

there is a CS number for Fitbit

I don't have it right now, it may be on their community board on the Fitbit website. you can google it too which is how I found it.

Thanks for the info. Since then I have decided to return as most of the stats are comical for me. Great idea but I think all I need is a pedometer.
