Fiber Smart Capsules

Wondering if anyone has tried this...Fiber Smart by Renew for Life. It contains no psyllium which causes gas and bloating but does contain Probiotics, FOS and L-Glutamine. It is recommended for senstive colons and supports Irrtable bowel, relieves gas and bloating, promotes regularity.

Considering trying it as it is in capsules form so no mixing is needed. Would appreciate any feedback, good and/or bad.
