Where do you buy your sliced ginger slices with ginger? Thank you!

@AngelPuppy1 I can find it in a few places here - we have a market here called "Lucky's" that migrated from Colorado to Columbus OH. As well, I've found it in Kroger's and Giant Eagles here. We also have a Trader Joe's which I'm sure I'd find it there too, also another gourmet store called Fresh Thyme that would carry it.
They're usually packed in smallish clear plastic boxes.

Yes, that will do the trick! If you don't have a little tea strainer for brewing from the seeds, most grocery stores sell fennel tea bags with ground fennel seed.

But a jar of fennel seeds in the spice aisle.
Steep(about 10 minutes) a tablespoon or so in boiling water..Strain the seeds out or put the seeds cheesecloth..easier than straining.
let it cool some usually have to add a little sugar.
I do the same with bay leaves..I prefer that flavor better.
Granted you may not like it the first time..but they work wonders in a short amount of time.
Works better warm.

@Patriot3 Gee I don't know. The ginger we eat is like slices of ginger made as a dried fruit rolled in a bit of sugar. We don't do caps. A friend of our's shared ginger with us and we've been buying it for 7-8 yrs now.

I have IBS, and have discovered Heather VanVourous' web site where she sells Heather's Tummy Tea, which is a fennel tea. It worked like magic for me for gas and bloating. Now I purchase my own organic fennel seeds (buy on the big A) and make up my own tea bags. Much more cost effective. I am usually good with one cup. Good luck to you.
