How do people do it? Stay thin and healthy. I have had a weight problem all my life. I was heavy at birth, chubby as a child and fat as a teenager. I began my 1st serious diet on my 16th birthday. Since then, I've lost and gained a couple of people. In 2007, I lost 80 pounds on Weight Watchers. Now here I am, with most of it back again. I can lose weight, but can't keep it off. What is wrong with me? When am I going to learn? Why am I such a failure? I'm now 54 and cholesterol is becoming a problem. Gosh, I need to do it again, but can't motivate myself. I just wish I were a normal size person.
