I've been using TruNature Advanced Probiotic, mainly because it's cheap at Costco.  I'm not so sure it's doing anything for me though.  As in, ahem, traffic jam.

So what probiotic has worked for you?

Hear you loud and clear.  I tried using Andrew Lessman and another brand then I read about probiotic Kefir milk.  Expensive but it worked on the issue of really extensive diarrhea (sorry to be so blunt) to the point of dehydration.  I guess the milk is working cuz now i have the other issue you stated.  Stomach and bowel issues can be so many things IBS and other disorders.

We are currently using New Rhythm and I get it on an Amazon subscription so I never have to remember to buy or order.  It's made in the USA, non-GMO, shelf stable, gluten free, and is stomach acid resistant.  Stomach acid resistance is an important thing to look for.  Otherwise, your stomach acid could kill off  the good bacteria before it reaches your intestines so the supplement would be useless. I read somewhere that it's good to alternate/rotate probiotic supplements but I don't.  I also eat some cold fermented sauerkraut everyday and yogurt a couple times a week.

@PilatesLover  Have you ever tried chia seed pudding?  We have a daily serving to prevent traffic jams. Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and Omega-3's.  I add a few berries or a little keto friendly maple syrup and it feels like were eating dessert after lunch.

I have tried the RenewLife Probiotic, and it works well.  I also like Andrew Lesserman's Friendly Flora.

Garden Of Life Women's Probiotic Capsules, 40 Billion CFUs, 30 Ct

This is the only one I've noticed a difference that makes me feel like a "normal" person (solving either problem). $24 plus at Walmart and sold all over.

I don't take it all the time. My daughter liked it too.

I think a lot of them can cause stomach upset, gas etc and don't think it's necessary to take every single day.

Stoneyfield Organic Probiotic Yogurt. I like the Vanilla Whole Milk, but there are other options without added sugar. S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium BB-12®, L. acidophilus, L. paracasei and L. rhamnosus.

Every now and then, fresh sauerkraut.

Sometimes, pickles.

I tried natto and it's a no for me.

I used to make my own kefir to help with depression but I was lazy and didn't stick with it long enough to see. I bought commercial kefir drinks for awhile.

Two tablespoons of room temperature sauerkrat sometime during the day, and at another time in the day, a cup of plain Greek yougurt and a few cherries that are from a frozen pack of regular bing cherries NOT marscino cherries in a jar for coctails and sundae toppers.

PB8.  I've used it for years and really like it.  You can get it on Amazon, pharmacies & health food stores.
