OOOH! I really need to do some neck exercises. I woke up this morning with the worst stiff neck I have ever had. I'm sitting here practically disabled b/c of it!

@CherryHugs thanks so much for these videos especially the neck exercises.  Like @SilleeMee i woke up with the worse neck "crick" on Friday morning.  All weekend terrible discomfort with each turn of my head, simple things like getting items out of frig or cupboards.  If finally eased off some last night.  @SilleeMee if you have one of those microwave heat wraps, perhaps this will bring some comfort.  Feel better soon.  i hope the exercises will help prevent recurrence.
