I am 63 years and it as been a long time since I have done any form of what I would call exercise. Oh, I still work full-time, walk when necessary, and except for backaches, get around pretty well. I have my doctor's and my cardiologist's OKs and blessings. Where do I start. I don't want to run marathons or lift stoves! I just feel that it is now or never. Thanks for your suggestions!
